After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause accepting new orders. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to be as transparent as possible about the reasons behind it.
Over the past year, the exponentially rising cost of raw materials and a noticeable slowdown in sales have presented significant challenges. These factors have made it increasingly difficult to grow and improve our product line while maintaining the high standards you expect from us. To ensure we can continue to fulfill our commitments and keep the essential aspects of the business running, I have taken on a full-time job. This has allowed us to cover basic operating costs and keep things moving, albeit at a slower pace.
What This Means for You:
If you have an existing order, rest assured that it is being produced. However, please note that production is currently slower than normal. We are committed to completing every order with the care and quality you deserve.
For the time being, we will not be accepting any new orders.
This hiatus is temporary, but at this moment, we cannot provide a specific time frame for when we will be back in full production mode. Please know that this is not a goodbye but rather a necessary pause to regroup, refocus, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.
